Nirbhaya GangRape Delhi India

Question: What is the minimum punishment can one get in case of Raping , and Killing a Woman ?
Answer: Maximum of 3 years .
According to Indian judiciary system if someone can somehow prove after raping and killing a woman that he was legally less than 18 year of age during the act, he can walk freely with his head held high and 10 thousand rupee in hand, a sewing machine and .... a new identity and police protection , under observation of an NGO, and anyone who try to speak against this decision will be detained by the police.
Proud of my country and proud of our judiciary system.
The Nirbhaya gang rape juvenile was released today with above mentioned facilities , 10 thousands cash and a sewing machine and a new identity. New identity for what to rape another innocent ? His criminal record has been expunged and the new identity will not be revealed . How shameful, insane isn't it ? More over the parents of the gang-rape victim, along with 40 Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University(JNU) students, were detained by the police as they staged a protest against the release of the juvenile convict.
The convict, who is now 20 years old and was known to be the most brutal of the attackers. Advocate Kamath said that there are intelligence reports that even during his stay in the provision home, the convict was unremorseful of his action and he has been further radicalised.
Is he not a threat to our society, to our daughters, sisters , lovers ? Who will be responsible if he again commit the same crime ?
Its very sad to know that while some people are laying their lives protecting the people of the country from the outside threat while the one they are protecting are Raping the Country.

People take everything in life to be permanent love, hate, sorrow, friends, family and that is when they grow a tree of expectedness from others, and that is when they get hurt when the same tree mould with one's belief and trust fall without any warning unexpectedly and people get depressed isolated and hide their true identity behind a fake smile keeping every memories safe in a corner of their heart. Well its so common in us, its so natural in human. The only medicine or cure to this problem is that we start to believe that everything is temporary and happens for a reason and rather finding out the reason for what happened (fall of tree of expectedness) we should focus on the good things it happened for and what lies ahead. No this doesn't advocate to move on. Moving on is not the solution. It is like moving on from...

RBSI showcases rare Indian books, prints and art, that have been digitized, with the purpose of bringing these lost words to life. Through this open virtual platform, members of RBSI can create a digital collection of rare and valuable books by downloading the digitised books that are made available here. What started of as a group for rare book collectors has now transformed into a forum for history buffs, scholars and of course the silent curious.
